Jaydip’s research areas include Machine Learning and AI, security in wired and wireless networks, intrusion detection systems, secure routing protocols in wireless ad hoc and sensor networks, privacy issues in ubiquitous and pervasive communication.<br>He has 165 publications, including 31 papers in international journals, 92 papers in refereed conference proceedings (IEEE Xplore, ACM Digital Library, Springer LNCS, and CCIS), 34 books chapters in books published by international publishing houses. He has also edited 13 volumes and 5 books.<br>Jaydip has delivered keynote lectures in international conferences and symposia. He is a Senior Member of ACM, USA; a Member IEEE, USA, and IEEE Computer Society, USA.<br>Before joining academics, Jaydip worked in organizations like ONGC, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., Akamai Technology Pvt. Ltd, TCS Ltd, and NIST, India.
