Manoj Cyriac brings over 20 years of diverse experience spanning leadership, technology, teaching, training, and entrepreneurship. He worked for 17 years in Information Technology, where he delivered solutions for global banking majors and specialized in program management, project management office, operations management, people development, and change management.

He last served as a Senior Manager at Accenture India, where he led the Program Management practice in Bangalore until 2017. Following this, Manoj transitioned from a full-time corporate career to pursue his passion for education, human development, and entrepreneurship.

As a co-founder of Affecto Consulting Services LLP, an education services and management consulting firm, he has been actively involved in training and upskilling students, teachers, and working professionals in industry-relevant technologies and essential life skills. He is also a Tableau-certified professional and serves as a Visiting Professor of Visual Analytics at reputed universities and business schools across Bangalore.
