Dr. Kankana Mukhopadhyay is an educationist with 21 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Education, and Research. She has taught at reputed institutions such as IIEST Shibpur and IIPM Bangalore.

Her expertise spans HR Analytics, Management Research, and Faculty Training. She has published articles in national and international journals, and has presented research papers at conferences worldwide.

Kankana has also worked extensively in executive training, conducting sessions at Indian Oil, Allahabad Bank, FOSMI, and SME sectors. She was invited by NITTTR Kolkata to train faculty members of government institutions across India.

She also serves as a reviewer, editorial board member of management journals, and is a doctoral committee member at IIEST Shibpur.
