World Photography Day 2024 | #LightsNShadow Contest – Terms & Conditions

The #LightsNShadows Contest, organized by Praxis, will run from 2:00 PM on 14th August 2024 to 2:00 PM on 18th August 2024.

Contest Details:

• Platform: Instagram only.
• Theme: Black-and-white photographs, only.
• Submission Limit: Upload your entries as a single or carousel post on your personal Instagram profile and tag @praxistechschool in collaboration, using the mandatory hashtags.

Eligibility:

• Open to all students of Praxis with a valid Instagram profile.
• Participants must follow Praxis Business School on: Facebook; Instagram; LinkedIn

Participation Criteria:

• Ensure your profile is public during the contest so we can view your entry.
• Submit your entries by uploading black-and-white photographs (single image or carousel) on your personal Instagram profile.
• Collaborate & tag @praxistechschool and use the hashtags: #LightsNShadow #PraxisIGContest #WorldPhotographyDay in your caption.
• No AI generated pictures will be allowed. Only photos taken with a phone camera or still photography camera will be eligible.
• This contest is exclusively on Instagram; submissions on other platforms will not be considered.
• Tag three friends or family members to participate in the contest.
• Aim to get as many likes as possible on your post.

Prizes:

• Two winners will be selected and awarded Amazon vouchers.
• Winners will be announced on Instagram on 19th August 2024.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Conditions:

• All entries must be submitted during the contest period (14th August 2:00 PM to 18th August 2:00 PM). Late submissions will not be considered.
• Praxis reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries or those that do not meet the contest criteria.
• By participating, entrants confirm that their submissions do not violate any third-party rights.
• If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
• Participation implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Prizes will be distributed after the event, with prior notification to the winners.
