Subhasis has been in academics for over 12 years, and delivered courses on Business Research Methods, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Operations Management.<br>Subhasis has done his PhD in applied Text Mining processes in marketing contexts.<br>He has worked at IIM Ahmedabad as a Research Associate in the area of financial inclusion in India. His current areas of academic interest are Advanced Machine Learning, Text Mining and Deep Learning. Subhasis has published papers in International Journals and has also presented his works in various international conferences.<br>He is actively involved in corporate training and conducted training sessions in organizations like HPL, Abzooba, TCG, ICICI Bank and Infosys. Prior to joining academics, Subhasis worked for 4 years at HPCL where he was involved in Planning and Operations.
