Leaders who leverage technology as a tool while embracing and developing the following essential skills will be better positioned to navigate the challenges and complexities of the modern world.

1. Contextual Understanding and Intuition

While technology can provide data and insights, it cannot replace the leader’s contextual understanding and intuition.
